Crushing grapes on a busy street in Brisbane isn’t a normal sight, but it’s the first step The Urban Winery took to change the way everyday Australians approach the wine making process. With locally sourced and organic grapes, tonnes of grapes have been crushed in order to create truly craft wine. The process, which is completely accessible to passers by, is always completed in a completely organic manner – with no additives or artificial yeast added to the batches.
