Chalmers Project Wine Wrap Up

For those who missed it, Tenille Chalmers was at Craft on Wednesday night to release the 2015 Project wines. I found it fascinating: two Moscato-Giallo made from the same grapes, using the same techniques. One was fined, one was not and the difference was staggering. Then four Nero d’Avola, three of which came from different sites (very interesting) and the fourth was late picked. I reckon the late-picked wine was the least varietal of the lot: very Aussie, but not particularly Nero. Then a lone Aglianico. It was an awesome tasting led by a terrific host: thanks Tennille!
